ABOUT US

ScaffGap Ltd was established in 2009 by it's two Directors, John Houlihan and Steve Barlow. 

John has spent 29 years working directly within the scaffold industry before achieving Chartered Membership status of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health ( IOSH ) in 2010. Since then John has worked extensively throughout the UK, representing and consulting the scaffold industry on all related safety, health, environmental and quality matters.

Steve's background is Design Technology and Health and Safety. As childhood friends and professionals in respective occupations, extensive research and development was undertaken to eliminate and provide a practical solution to an age old problem ; that of closing inherent gaps within scaffold platforms - ScaffGap was born.
